Safer & Stronger - Understanding the experiences of CALD Disability Support Workers and participants during the COVID-19 pandemic

Safer and Stronger Project Lead Louise Currie is joined by Josie Prioletti of Catalyst Training and Disability Services where they discuss the experiences of CALD Disability Support Workers and participants during the COVID-19 pandemic. Catalyst undertook research into the main challenges disability service providers faced in 2020 and if these challenges were different for staff and participants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. They also investigated how disability services communicated safety messages to staff and particpants during this time and how were these messages were delivered to people from a culturally and linguistically diverse background.
