When two staff members and then a client in a residential setting tested positive for COVID-19 the team at Ability Assist had to act quickly to appraise the situation, contact trace, and enact measures to limit the spread of infection.

Cindy Thomassen, CEO of Ability Asist joins Dylan Snowden from the NDS Safer and Stronger team and shares how her team handled the situation and provides relevant insights from the experience for disability service providers.
